Beginning Juniors:
These classes are for our eager white and yellow belts with children aging from 5 - up. The class is specially designed and customized to suit your child's level. Here are some skills that are emphasized while training in our curriculum:
* Physical maturation and coordination
* Mental readiness

* Social skills
* Safety awareness
* Self-awareness
* Self-concept
* Self-discipline
Junior Advanced:
These classes are for our students that have attained Green Belt and up. These students are entering a new stage in their training, and are introduced to new concepts such as sparring. This class helps students to better understand the concepts and refine their technique. In addition students in this class start to work on techniques that are more advanced, and require a more technical understanding of TaeKwonDo.
Adults:
Our adult program is specifically tailored to meet adult expectations. The class is taught in a different mannerism, geared toward matured minds and bodies; however the core concepts of TaeKwonDo are still utilized. The class is a great way for all levels and adults of any age to:
