BELT TYING 101
Please note- the video is mirrored for belt wearer. So student can practice as it plays.
First strap is in student's LEFT hand.
Second strap is in student's RIGHT hand.

STANCES
Sitting Stance- Feet in line, same direction, both knees bend equally.
Front Stance - Feet shoulder width apart, and keeping feet facing front, one foot forward 3 foot lengths with that front knee bent keeping back one straight.
Back Stance - L shaped start heels on one line so one foot forward, one foot sideways. Front foot is extended forward with both knees bending but back knee is bent more.

FORM
Low Block - Chambers on the top, travels downward sweeping motion to protect stomach
Innfer Forearm Block - Chambers on the bottom, comes out and across rotating at the end looking at the inner part of forarm.
High Block - Chambers on hip, travels in upward sweeping motion crossing body and rotating at end slightly above eye or hair line.
SELF-DEFENSE
Wrist escapes - Grab opposing hand, step back and twist hips to escape.
Outside Block - Protects face/head against punch, or grab.
Keep-a-Stranger-Away Kick - Kicking foot in back, drive knee up and forward striking knee or shin while calling for help.
