*Private lessons are 20-30 minutes. 
Junior & Youth Advanced

These classes are for our students that have attained Green Belt and up. These students are entering a higher stage in their training and are introduced to new concepts such as sparring which further develops fine motor control and coordination. This class helps students to better understand those concepts and refine their technique on the path of improvement. 
 

  • Further develop self esteem and confidence 

  • Increase skill and physical strength and coordination with advanced drills and techniques

  • Modern day simple and effective lifelong self-defense skills

  • Channel energy and focus into something productive

  • Encourage positive work ethic, healthy habits and academic values

Beginning Juniors 

These classes are for our eager white and yellow belts with the children aging from 4.5 years old and up. The class is specially designed and customized to suit your child's level. Here are some things that are emphasized while training in our curriculum:
 

  • Self-discipline

  • Focus

  • Physical coordination

  • Mental readiness

  • Social interaction

  • Self-awareness

  • Safety awareness

  • Mental maturation

Adults

Our adult program is specifically tailored to meet adult expectations. The class is taught in a different manner; one geared toward matured minds and bodies. However, the core concepts of TaeKwonDo are still utilized. The class is a great way for all levels of adults at any age to:

  • Improve physical fitness with strength & conditioning challenges

  • Relieve stress and channel energy 

  • Learn elite counter agression techniques a.k.a. modern self-defense skills

  • Traditional martial art with modern day advances

  • Build self-esteem and confidence

  • Have fun!
